Protech Fire Protection Ltd is an accredited supplier and installer of fire doors and screens.

 

With FD30, FD60, FD90 &  FD120 ratings, we provide and install a range of fire-stopping products - from standard sizes to bespoke doors - to meet the needs of our clients.

 

Protech Fire Protection Ltd offers a full survey service to all sectors for a fixed fee based on the size of the premises or the number of doors and fire-stopping present and continues the fire-stopping where appropriate.

In order to produce a fully comprehensive report on the current condition of your premises, we will send a certified surveyor to carry out the requested checks on previously installed or existing fire doors. This report will assess the potential future and immediate rectification works required within the unit to ensure your premises are meeting current fire safety regulations.

Our surveys will be issued in a professional reporting format, and if works are required, Protech Fire Protection Ltd will provide a covering quotation for any work that has been identified as immediate or near-future works.

We will not carry out any identified works without issuing a quotation and receiving written authorisation from the client first.

Protech Fire Protection Ltd is a carpentry contractor providing long-term maintenance contracts, where the client can take comfort in knowing that their fire doors and fire-stopping products are being closely monitored and kept up to standard from year to year.

Keeping your fire doors and other fire-stopping products maintained and surveyed regularly within your premises is vital in protecting you and your business. If a fire was to break out, or if you had an unscheduled inspection, and on the investigation, it was proven that your fire doors and stopping hadn’t been correctly maintained, you would be at risk of potential prosecution and fines.

For that reason, Protech Fire Protection Ltd will carry out full surveys every 6 or 12 months (depending on the nature and frequent use of the doors on the premises) to identify any repairs or replacements needed.
